Responsabilidades
• Ayudar a expandir nuestro negocio Institucional, que ofrece productos químicos y soluciones integrales para satisfacer las necesidades de clientes en los sectores de servicios alimentarios y hotelería.
Los clientes incluyen restaurantes, hoteles, escuelas, residencias de larga estancia, entre otros.
Serás la cara visible de Ecolab, proporcionando recomendaciones sobre procesos y programas avanzados de limpieza y desinfección que mejoran la experiencia del cliente y crean entornos más limpios, seguros y sabilidades
• Aumentar la cuota de mercado de Ecolab Institucional.
Los mercados objetivo incluyen: salud y atención a mayores (público y privado), hotelería (hoteles/moteles), instalaciones gubernamentales (fuerzas armadas), colegios privados, gobiernos locales, cadenas de restaurantes (FSR), casino de alimentación, hospitales, hoteles, lavandería, empresas de aseo etc...
• Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de nuevos negocios establecidos en el presupuesto.
(nuevas cuentas corporativas esa es su meta y tienen un budget que cumplir)
• Asegurar que el crecimiento por nuevos negocios cumpla los requerimientos de rentabilidad de la compañía.
• Programa, coordina, hace consultoría de los programas de higiene customizado para cada cliente.
Requisitos
• Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Ing Civil Industrial (orientado a ventas), Ing en Alimentos, Ing en Administración de Empresas o carrera afín
• Inglés desde intermedio hacia arriba (Excluyente)
• Desde 3 años de experiencia en ventas externas
• Experiencia previa en desarrollo de ventas en sectores institucionales.
• Conocimiento sólido de productos, servicios y sistemas de Ecolab, especialmente en su aplicación en mercados institucionales.
• Orientación a resultados y trayectoria sólida en ventas B2B.
• Experiencia en crecimiento de negocio mediante negociación y cierre de ventas a nivel ejecutivo.
• Excelentes habilidades de presentación, comunicación escrita y verbal.
