Job description

En ATCOM nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Representante de Ventas en Terreno en la VII Región, para importante empresa del rubro farmacéutico.

Quien será responsable de desarrollar una relación comercial activa, analítica y estratégica, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento.

¿Cuál es el objetivo del cargo?

Gestionar la cartera de clientes asignada en terreno, mediante la planificación, segmentación y ejecución de un plan de visitas, para lograr los objetivos de venta, cobranza y rentabilidad establecidos por la empresa.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?


  • Implementar su plan de ventas y cobranzas con los clientes asignados, ejecutando todas las acciones relacionadas al cumplimiento de metas.

  • Informar oportunamente sobre las actividades y estrategias de la competencia que puedan influir en los resultados comerciales.

  • Gestionar el estado crediticio y financiero de cada cliente, monitoreando su comportamiento de pago y coordinando con el área de cobranzas para mantener o ampliar líneas de crédito.

  • Registrar y actualizar la información del cliente en el sistema CRM, incorporando datos de contacto, historial de interacciones y oportunidades comerciales.

  • Realizar seguimiento a todo el proceso posterior a la venta, coordinando con las áreas internas involucradas para resolver incidencias operativas.

  • Promover la participación de los clientes en las actividades y campañas impulsadas por la empresa.

  • Controlar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes, incluyendo gestión de creación, recuperación o inactivación de cuentas según corresponda.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?


  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares de ventas en terreno (excluyente).

  • Experiencia en ventas de productos masivos (excluyente).

  • Manejo de CRM (excluyente).

  • Residencia en la VII Región (excluyente).

  • Movilización propia (excluyente).

  • Conocimientos en productos farmacéuticos (ideal).

  • Formación o estudios relacionados al área comercial o ventas.

  • Tipo de jornada: Completa.

  • Modalidad: Presencial.

  • Lugar de trabajo: VII Región.

  • Horario: Lunes a jueves de 08:45 a 18:30 hrs.

    Viernes de 09:15 a 18:00 hrs.
