Job description

Sólida Empresa con Head Office en USA y más de 21 Años de trayectoria, está en búsqueda de

ejecutivo(a) comercial para atención al cliente el cual juega un papel crítico en mantener

relaciones comerciales con clientes e identificar nuevas oportunidades para aumentar las

ventas en oficina comercial de Chile.

Entrevista Consta De Dos Partes



• - Evaluativa de conocimiento computacional como usuario intermedio alto.

• - Evaluativa de comunicación Verbal y redacción.



Ofrecemos



• Sueldo de acuerdo con el mercado.

Inicia con remuneración básica y será capacitado

por un máximo de tres meses

• Estabilidad laboral, cumplimiento puntual de pago de remuneraciones mensuales.

• Escala de ascenso dentro de la empresa por evaluación laboral.



DESPUES DE TIEMPO EVALUATIVO DE NO MAS DE 3 MESES



• Premio Mensual por cumplimiento de funciones.

• Premio Mensual por cumplimiento de meta de ventas.

• Premio Anual por cumplimiento de meta de ventas.

• Premio Mensual por captación de nuevos clientes.



Requisitos Deseados



• Formación técnica o universitaria concluida.

• Conocimiento computacional como usuario intermedio alto, Manejo Comprobable de

MS Office: Excel Intermedio Alto, Word, PowerPoint.

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en cargos comerciales y/o ventas técnicas.

De

preferencia atención a clientes industriales mediante venta consultiva B2B.

• Inglés Básico Hablado, deseable manejo de inglés técnico/comercial.

• Conocimiento y manejo de CRM, plataformas de gestión y correo electrónico

corporativo.

• Buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita

• Motivación, autogestión, autoevaluación, Mentalidad de líder y aspiración de

crecimiento profesional dentro de la empresa.

• Habilidades Multi-tareas y Buena Organización

• Lealtad, Compromiso con la empresa, Honestidad y Valores Éticos

• Puntualidad y Eficiencia.

• Disponibilidad inmediata.



Las Funciones Que Desempeñara En Este Cargo Son



• Activaciones de ventas de manera Telefónica, Correo, Plataformas Comerciales,

impulsar relaciones sólidas y duraderas, brindando atención a clientes asignados.

• Lograr registro de nuestra empresa como proveedor en clientes objetivo.

• Procesar requerimientos de clientes en nuestro sistema y hacer seguimiento interno

obtener información para presentar oferta mediante cotización o transmitir consultas hacia

cliente, seguimiento de ofertas presentadas con cliente.

• Procesar órdenes de compra en nuestro sistema y hacer seguimientos o activaciones

respectivas hasta despacho.

• Seguimiento/activación de pago de facturas con cliente, hasta ingreso de pago.

• Manejar quejas y problemas del cliente de manera profesional, oportuna y efectiva de

acuerdo con políticas de comunicación de la empresa y conocimiento de la situación.

• Contribuir y promover el trabajo en equipo para lograr los mejores resultados de ventas

y atención al cliente.

• Lograr los objetivos asignados de la cartera de clientes de la empresa.

• Sugerir soluciones e ideas innovadoras para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.

• Reportar y retroalimentar a jefatura del área, con información confiable del estado de

atención de clientes.
