Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Technical Support Call Center team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while delivering excellent customer service.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on troubleshooting procedures.

  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers.

  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
