About the Role:
Are you a creative strategist with a strong background in both digital marketing and recruitment?
We're seeking a Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us attract top-tier talent through innovative campaigns, strong employer branding, and proactive sourcing strategies.
This role is 80% focused on marketing and sourcing, and 20% on hands-on recruiting, so we're specifically seeking someone who has experience in both areas.
We're looking for that unique hybrid professional who can build engaging content and also spot the right candidate when they see one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies across various online platforms.
- Design and publish creative content (graphics, posts, videos) for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, tailored to attract potential candidates.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various online channels and databases to build a strong talent pipeline for recruiters.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of job posts and marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data related to sourcing efforts and marketing campaign performance.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage the full-cycle recruitment process as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital content creation, with a focus on social media campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- LinkedIn recruiter experience
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns for talent attraction and employer branding.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A professional portfolio showcasing marketing or recruitment-related work.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and creative thinker.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and candidate management.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Video editing or motion graphic design skills.
