We are looking for a Privacy and Confidentiality Analyst for our risk and reputation team.

We need someone with advanced English skills who can communicate and perform the daily activities with English speakers counterparts.

The professional is also required to be effective in identifying, assessing and managing risks.

Among the main functions are

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights and risks, and produce reports on that data for various levels of leadership.

  • Evaluate technologies that Deloitte is acquiring or building to ensure that such technologies have appropriate privacy and confidentiality controls (often referred to as PIA).

    This often involves participating in technical discussions to learn about the technology, review controls, and then make recommendations to manage risk.

  • Prepare privacy and confidentiality guidance material and training to inform individuals of Deloitte policy, procedures, client contract and best practices, including the delivery of such training.

  • Support the investigation of suspected data breach events.

  • Categorize received requests in the central inbox and ServiceNow to assign the correct work to the correct team member.

  • Support other ad hoc privacy and confidentiality requests, as necessary.

Experience Required

  • Advanced command of the English language.

  • Professional graduated from: Commercial Engineering and/or Auditor Accountant.

  • Work experience preferably in the areas of compliance or risk, ethics, internal or external auditing, internal control, risk compliance, risk management, management of internal processes, legal support or analysis or management and/or administration of contracts.

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, encryption, AI, and other technology concepts is an asset.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PPT.

  • Availability to work additional/flexible hours as required.

  • Attach CV in English.
