Presales - Ingeniero (a) de Soluciones Cloud, Multicloud OnPremises/Hybrid Senior Sales Consultant

La persona para esta vacante debe tener pasión por ofrecer soluciones que tengan un impacto positivo en los clientes, utilizando conocimientos técnicos y experiencia práctica para mostrar a nuestros clientes nuestros productos de Licencias, Engineered Systems, Cloud at Customer y Private/Public Cloud en la práctica, apoyando procesos de Demos, Workshops, Hands-On y Pruebas de Conceptos/Benchmarks.

Todo esto dentro de un entorno de trabajo dinámico, sin una rutina fija, y con enfoque en la construcción de confianza entre todas las partes involucradas, apoyando los equipos de pre-ventas y ventas de la compañía.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • El/la profesional formará parte del equipo global del Oracle Solution Center.

    El Solution Center tiene 10 Datacenters alrededor del mundo con todos los productos de última generación, en contacto con nuestro equipo de Ingeniería y Producto.

    El objetivo del área es proporcionar una experiencia de Touch & Feel de nuestras soluciones a nuestros clientes, apoyando los procesos de pre-ventas y ventas.

  • Apoyar nuestro Datacenter con más de 10 racks, infraestructura de red, almacenamiento, servidores de base de datos y aplicaciones.

  • Trabajar en procesos de Hybrid Cloud, a través de la conexión ya establecida entre nuestro Datacenter y el Public Cloud de Oracle (OCI).

  • Desarrollar asociaciones sólidas con los clientes cultivando una relación de confianza, con el enfoque en construir una percepción de valor positiva por parte del cliente.

  • Mantener cercanía con los clientes para ofrecer continuidad/renovación de contratos de créditos de Cloud con Oracle.

  • Desarrollar una relación de confianza con los clientes, buscando su satisfacción.

  • Estar atento(a) a oportunidades de expansión/up-sell de ofertas Cloud IaaS/PaaS.

  • Trabajar directamente con los equipos de Ventas, Educación, Canales, Pre-Ventas y Marketing para establecer una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes a través de nuestras ofertas de Licencias, Engineered Systems, Cloud at Customer y Private/Public Cloud.

  • Cuando sea necesario, prestar consultoría técnica sobre ofertas de Oracle Cloud, así como conocer ofertas Multi-Cloud.

HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS

  • Experiencia con infraestructura y pre-venta.

  • Experiencia con relaciones con clientes, realización de presentaciones y Workshops.

  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas técnicas.

  • Experiencia en Multi-Cloud, Hybrid e Infraestructura de TI tradicional.

  • Inglés avanzado / Español fluido.

  • Conocimiento / Experiencia en Sistemas y/o Middleware.

Responsibilities (detailed)

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.

Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.

Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations.

Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions.

Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.

Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
