Nuestra experiencia en el sector Farmacéutico nos permite cumplir con nuestro principal objetivo: satisfacer las necesidades de salud, belleza y cuidado personal de los consumidores y consumidoras de una manera integral, operando asimismo laboratorios, empresas del rubro logístico y financiero, entre otros.

En FEMSA Salud, buscamos incorporar al próximo/a Product Manager Customer Experience Senior cuya principal misión será velar por el levantamiento de la información acerca de la experiencia de nuestros clientes, agregar valor a esa información para conseguir insights que permitan tomar decisiones de negocio.

Entender las necesidades de nuestros clientes, impulsar una cultura orientada a la toma de decisión a través de los datos y poniendo al cliente en el centro.

Además, deberá elaborar reportería sobre experiencia de clientes para las distintas gerencias y equipos de trabajo, velando por la integridad de la información obtenida y transformándola en valor para la compañía.

Tus principales desafíos serán:

  • Identificar los puntos de contacto con los clientes, estableciendo indicadores de satisfacción en cada uno de ellos.

  • Gestionar los indicadores, generar metas y hacer el seguimiento de cada uno de ellos a nivel desagregado según corresponda (locales, digital, app).

  • Realizar análisis de datos, reportería y presentaciones de resultados para generar acciones de mejora de la experiencia de clientes en los distintos puntos de contacto.

  • Desarrollar e implementar mejoras al customer journey mediante innovación y tecnología, rediseñando puntos de fricción y momentos clave, incorporando soluciones como inteligencia artificial, chatbots, CRM inteligente y personalización automatizada.

  • Realizar estudios de mercado, encuestas, focus groups, análisis de comportamiento y benchmarking para comprender en profundidad al cliente, sus expectativas, percepciones y necesidades.

Haremos match si cuentas con:

  • Título profesional de ingeniería civil industrial, ingeniería comercial, sociología o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia laboral de al menos 4 años.

  • Experiencia laboral en el mismo rol.

  • Experiencia en investigación de mercado y técnicas de muestreo.
