As a Personal Safety Division Marketing Activation LATAM – Specialized Channel you will play a key role for lead and execute marketing activation plan in the division of Personal Safety.
In this role you will be able to work with sales leaders in each region/country to ensure proper marketing activation with specialized channel for SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA portfolios.
The impact you will make in this role
You will lead & execute marketing activation plan for specialized channels within key countries in LATAM.
You will work with Area Portfolio Leaders and Sales Leaders to accelerate portfolio penetration (SCBA, Comms, Welding and P&SA) in specialized channels.
You will administrate divisional AdMerch budget to implement marketing programs.
You will administrate MDF budget to implement marketing programs.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Careers: Marketing, Engineering, Administration or similar concluded.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Language: English advance, Spanish / Portuguese as native.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M corporate office.
Travel: May include up to 20%
