Position Summary

Reporting to the Aftermarket Customer Care Commercial Manager, the OCCR will be responsible for growing AMF aftermarket part sales, increasing Repair and Modernization (R&M) sales, and driving service revenue in their region.

This position will work closely with the OCCR Team Leader, Inside Sales (ISR), Regional Account Managers (RAM), and Field Service (FST) teams to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and develop new opportunities during customer visits, utilizing hunting skills, which can be immediately handled or managed by ISR or FST teammates.

  2. Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline with probabilities, size, and next steps.

  3. Support ISR and RAM colleagues in lead generation and opportunity closure.

  4. Build strong relationships with existing strategic customers and deliver excellent customer service.

  5. Present business proposals, quotes, service contracts, and sales for R&M and parts.

  6. Use AMF tools such as CRM, D365, and others for tracking customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes.

  7. Address internal and external customer needs promptly and effectively.

  8. Prioritize travel to maximize territory coverage efficiently.

  9. Provide monthly updates on opportunities, issues, and support needs.

  10. Serve as the first line of support for customers in the field.

  11. Promote a safety culture and maintain a zero-accident environment.

  12. Participate in equipment installs, upgrades, and service to develop bakery and equipment knowledge.

Required Knowledge/Skills & Experience

  1. Experience in capital equipment or related fields, preferably in baking or food industry.

  2. Proven success in territory field sales.

  3. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  5. Strong problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM/ERP systems.

  7. Basic technical knowledge of machine functions and design.

Desired Knowledge/Skills & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.

  2. Experience with CRM & ERP systems, especially MS Dynamics.

  3. Experience in commercial baking or plant maintenance is a plus.
