This position is onsite in Santiago, Chile
**Mandatory Skills:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in software development, implementation, and support.
Strong programming skills in Java, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Good-to-Have Skills:**
Experience in the banking domain, software development processes, and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Rest API, JavaScript, and XML.
Familiarity with release management and source control tools.
Certification in Oracle Banking products or relevant technologies.
**Self-Assessment Questions:**
Do you have experience working with Oracle Banking products, including Java, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database?
Are you familiar with the banking industry and its regulatory requirements?

**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design customized solutions for clients.
Develop, test, implement and support software programs using Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
Provide technical expertise and support for software deployment, migration, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices in banking and financial services.
