Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Call Center Associate to provide exceptional support through chat and phone interactions.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Follow company policies and guidelines to maintain service quality and professionalism.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.

  • Upsell or cross-sell company products and services when appropriate.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
