What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  • Gather necessary technical information to resolve complex cases
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction with every interaction
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Handle customers’ sensitive information securely
  • Communicate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of networking (VPN, firewall, Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking)
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and experience with ISP services
  • Customer‑oriented and responsible attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Experience working with engineers
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
