Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

You will design and implement local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.

Your skills in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software will be essential as you troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches.

You will also work on project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.

In this role, you will review project requirements, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are appropriately fulfilled.

You will use your expertise to design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements.

You will provide high-quality technical solutions to our customers to prepare them for implementation, go-live, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols.
  
  
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software (e.g., routers and switches).
  
  
• Lead project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.
  
  
• Review project requirements and communicate them accurately to the team; ensure requirements are fulfilled.
  
  
• Design and implement IP and VOIP network solutions to address customer requirements; provide high-quality technical solutions for go-live and maintenance.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• More than 4 years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation.
  
  Knowledge and experience implementing cloud networking technologies.
  
  
• At least 4 years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
  
  
• Hands-on experience implementing networking projects, including LAN, WAN, cloud networking, and firewalls, focusing on project execution rather than operational continuity.
  
  
• Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains.
  
  
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to interact with clients and present technical solutions; experience in executing multiple IT projects and meeting deadlines with limited supervision.
  
  
• ACI deployment and data center experience.
  
  
• Experience with designing and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks.
  
  
• Experience with protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
  
  
• Certifications are not mandatory, but relevant experience in the area is sought.
