El Rol

Como Pasante de Generación de Leads, desempeñarás un papel clave en la construcción y mantenimiento de una sólida cartera de clientes potenciales, utilizando estrategias de marketing basadas en datos y herramientas CRM.

Esta pasantía es ideal para quienes desean adquirir experiencia práctica en generación de leads, gestión de relaciones con clientes y estrategias de alcance.



Responsabilidades

Investigación de mercado y prospección: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar y evaluar clientes potenciales y mercados objetivo.

Recopilar información de empresas y contactos utilizando herramientas, plataformas y bases de datos en línea.



Gestión de datos: Mantener los datos de los leads precisos y actualizados, eliminar duplicados y segmentar los leads por industria, ubicación o tamaño de empresa para apoyar estrategias de marketing personalizadas.



Apoyo en el alcance: Ayudar en la redacción y envío de correos/mensajes a prospectos bajo supervisión.

Colaborar en el desarrollo de contenido personalizado, plantillas de correo y estrategias de alcance para maximizar la interacción.



Colaboración con ventas y marketing: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y marketing para alinear las iniciativas de generación de leads con los objetivos de las campañas.

Compartir información sobre el comportamiento, preferencias y tendencias de los leads para mejorar las estrategias de comunicación.



Aprendizaje y desarrollo: Participar en sesiones de capacitación para adquirir experiencia en herramientas de generación de leads, software CRM y mejores prácticas de la industria.

Adquirir experiencia práctica en plataformas como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce y más.



Formación Académica

Actualmente cursando una licenciatura o maestría en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.



Requisitos

Gran interés en ventas, marketing y desarrollo de negocios.

Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) o Google Workspace.

Habilidades sólidas de investigación y organización.

Familiaridad con plataformas CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) es un plus.

Experiencia previa en cursos, pasantías o proyectos en ventas, marketing o análisis de datos.

Experiencia con LinkedIn y herramientas profesionales de networking.
