Your role at Clorox: Sumaremos a nuestro equipo comercial un Key Account Supervisor, quien será responsable de administrar, controlar y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes del canal moderno en las regiones asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas para cada cliente.

  • Profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial o Administración de Empresas o experiencia laboral equivalente, con al menos 2 años de trayectoria en el área comercial, en empresas de consumo masivo, gestionando clientes del canal moderno
  • MS Office Avanzado, Power BI
  • Ingles intermedio

Responsibilities

  • Definir la estrategia de negocio para clientes clave, alineada con la estrategia de la compañía.

  • Gestionar diariamente la relación comercial con cada cliente, estableciendo y ejecutando planes comerciales.

  • Participar activamente en negociaciones, aportando información estratégica para la toma de decisiones.

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución y control de los planes de venta en los puntos de venta asignados.

  • Mantener comunicación fluida y constante con los clientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de acuerdos y fortaleciendo la relación comercial.

  • Monitorear resultados y proponer acciones correctivas o iniciativas de mejora cuando sea necesario.

  • Realizar visitas periódicas a puntos de venta para conocer la gestión y desempeño de los equipos involucrados.

  • Controlar la documentación relacionada con inversión, facturación y gastos de publicidad.

  • Participar en reuniones de planificación con el área de Ventas y Marketing, aportando en proyectos de mejora de procesos.

  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión que permitan una visión clara y objetiva del negocio con cada cliente.

  • Planificar y proyectar el comportamiento de las ventas, impulsando acciones para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

  • Realizar gestiones de cobranza en los casos que corresponda (en regiones).

  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo, orientadas a la satisfacción de las necesidades de la cadena y al crecimiento sostenido del negocio.

  • Cumplir con los estándares establecidos por la ley Sarbanes Oxley en todas las interacciones con clientes.
