Key Account Manager

Súmate a un equipo dinámico que está buscando mejorar la retención de clientes de nuestros productos y servicios en Chile.

¿Qué harás como Key Account Manager?

  • Estar encargada/o de una cartera de clientes de alto valor, creando una relación de comunicación constante, atendiendo a sus necesidades y entendiendo sus dolores para así aportar en cada uno de los componentes de la retención de los merchants (activación, engagement y prevención de churn)

  • Ser el principal punto de contacto para cualquier consulta o problema relacionado con tu portafolio de clientes, asegurando una resolución oportuna y efectiva.

  • Realizar reuniones y visitas presenciales para comprender las necesidades específicas y los puntos críticos de los merchants.

  • Hacer contactos Outbound a Merchants (llamados/whatsapp/email) para entender sus dolores con el objetivo de evitar que dejen de operar con nuestros productos y servicios, o recuperarlos en caso de que hayan dejado de operar con SumUp.

  • Ejecutar a la perfección métricas esperadas de retención para el área, poder identificar cuellos de botella y proponer proactivamente mejoras contínuas, en caso de existir, en el proceso.

  • Trabajar en colaboración con distintas áreas para brindar mejoras en la experiencia de uso de los merchants con nuestros productos y servicios, con el objetivo de aumentar y mejorar la retención.

  • Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de venta cruzada, aumentando la adopción de productos y servicios en la base de comerciantes.

  • Proporcionar un servicio excepcional a nuestros comerciantes y mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Capacidad de tomar decisiones autónomamente y adaptarse a distintas dificultades que vivan nuestros merchants.

  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Mentalidad de servicio, trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otras áreas.

  • Manejo de Salesforce/SOAP/GSheets (Básico/Intermedio)
