Como Key Account Manager desempeñarás un rol clave para la división de Consumo Masivo.

En este rol tendrás la oportunidad de liderar las cuentas estratégicas del canal de distribuidores de oficina, impulsando las ventas y construyendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Serás responsable de implementar planes comerciales, promociones y lanzamientos, tomando decisiones basadas en el análisis de datos.

Colaborarás estrechamente con áreas como logística, finanzas, marketing y trade marketing, así como con líderes regionales, para optimizar procesos y garantizar que nuestras iniciativas generen un impacto real en el mercado.

Este rol te permitirá desarrollarte profesional y personalmente, potenciando tu liderazgo, tu visión comercial y tu capacidad para generar resultados de alto impacto.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol

  • Gestionar y desarrollar las cuentas claves del canal de distribuidores de oficinas, asegurando la rentabilidad, cobertura y correcta ejecución de la estrategia comercial.
  • Ejecutar planes comerciales, campañas promocionales y lanzamientos de productos alineados con la estrategia de negocio definida.
  • Recolectar y analizar datos de ventas Sell In/Sell Out, inventarios y precios para respaldar decisiones comerciales.
  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con los equipos de logística, finanzas, marketing y trade marketing para mejorar procesos y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas.
  • Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos

    Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía, Comercialización o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia +3 años en ventas, análisis comercial, trade marketing, business intelligence o planificación comercial, preferentemente en consumo masivo, con capacidad para gestionar cuentas estratégicas y trabajar de manera cross-functional.
  • Conocimiento de eCommerce y gestión de canales de venta online
  • Experiencia en manejo de datos: Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).
  • Manejo de Power BI (modelado de datos, medidas, dashboards) (Deseable).
  • Inglés intermedio.
