Lo que necesitas: Buscamos un Key Account Manager B2B con perfil hunter y experiencia en ventas consultivas para sectores como formación, SaaS, servicios profesionales o recursos humanos.

Serás uno de los primeros Key Account Managers en Chile, trabajando en un entorno ágil y flexible respaldado por la estabilidad de una compañía global con más de 25 años de experiencia en soluciones de aprendizaje de idioma.

Responsibilities

  • Desarrollar el territorio Chileno mediante la prospección de clientes, identificación de tomadores de decisión, elaboración de propuestas y cierre de reuniones.

  • Calificar y comprender los problemas críticos del negocio de tus prospectos, cuestionar enfoques tradicionales de aprendizaje y liderar conversaciones de ventas de alto nivel que articulen el valor de goFLUENT.

  • Desarrollar casos de negocio sólidos que demuestren el ROI de nuestras soluciones.

  • Construir relaciones consultivas con influenciadores, stakeholders y tomadores de decisión dentro de cuentas clave.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con nuestros equipos de Desarrollo de Negocios, Marketing y Customer Success para cerrar oportunidades estratégicas.

  • Representar a goFLUENT en ferias, eventos y reuniones con clientes dentro del territorio Chileno.

  • Viajar a terreno para fortalecer relaciones comerciales y cerrar oportunidades de alto valor.

What you need / Qualifications

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B.

    Se valorará experiencia en sectores como SaaS, e-learning, servicios de RR.HH.

    o ventas internacionales.

  • Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas a todos los niveles de una organización, incluyendo directivos y C-level.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, presentaciones efectivas y negociación.

  • Espíritu colaborativo, automotivado/a, orientado/a a resultados y con ganas de destacar en un entorno ágil.

  • Actitud proactiva, cercana, comprometida y con alta capacidad de adaptación.

  • Activo/a en redes sociales profesionales.

    Experiencia usando LinkedIn para networking y desarrollo comercial.

  • Nivel de inglés mínimo A2/B1 (excluyente).

  • Bilingüe o fluido en español.
