Tipo de Contrato: Plazo fijo 3 meses, luego indefinido

  • Requisitos excluyentes: Experiencia en logística/comercio exterior, conocimientos en Incoterms y documentos de transporte internacional (B/L, AWB).

Nuestro cliente, es una empresa en crecimiento del rubro de logística y comercio exterior , especializada en soluciones de transporte internacional (marítimo, aéreo, terrestre y multimodal).

Se caracteriza por su enfoque en la calidad de servicio, la rentabilidad y la fidelización de clientes a largo plazo.

Propósito del Cargo

Serás responsable de gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave en importación y exportación, asegurando satisfacción de clientes, competitividad comercial y cumplimiento de metas de rentabilidad.

Principales Funciones

  • Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes (importadores/exportadores).

  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales competitivas y dar seguimiento a cotizaciones.

  • Desarrollar y mantener cartera activa de clientes en el rubro logístico.

  • Gestionar el ciclo comercial completo prospección, cierre y postventa.

  • Coordinar con áreas internas (operaciones, aduanas, documentación, finanzas).

  • Reportar indicadores de ventas y resultados de gestión.

Perfil del Postulante

  • Profesional con estudios tecnico o profesional en carreras a fines.

  • Mínimo 2–3 años de experiencia en cargos comerciales dentro de logística internacional o freight forwarders.

  • Conocimiento de Incoterms, aduanas, tarifas internacionales, B/L, AWB.

  • Inglés funcional para contexto global.

  • Deseable experiencia en manejo de CRM y reportería comercial.
