¿Qué buscamos?

  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia como: Hunter, Sales Manager, SDR,

Ejecutivo de Ventas IT, Account Manager TI, BDM (Business Developer Manager), Ejecutivo Comercial TI, Asesor comercial tecnología, KAM, Key Account manager, asesor comercial TI, Sales manager, etc.

Inside sales, generación de demanda.
- 2 a 3 años de experiencia en venta de soluciones Gestión ITSM (MDM, CMDB) como ServiceNow, BMC, Zendesk, Jira, Ivanti, etc o Software corporativo ERP, CRM, BI (Salesfoce, Zoho, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc) Soluciones BPM (Tibco, Pega, Appian, IBM, etc).
- 2 a 3 años en apertura de cuentas, generación de demanda a través de plataformas como: Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Eventos, Webinars, telemarketing, Inside Sales, familiarizado con manejo de CRM (Salesforce, hubspot, Dynamics, etc.)
- Manejo de cuota entre los 500 mil USD y 1 MDD anuales, administración de funnel, pipeline y backlog de leads, así como generación de reportes de avance comercial (KPI).
- Implementación de procesos y metodologías comerciales como Solution Selling, Agile Sales, Customer Centric, BANT, Inbound Sales, Compelling Events, Drivers de Compra.
- Conocimiento del mercado en sectores corporativos SMB o Enterprise como: Retail, Servicios, Consumo, Telecomunicaciones, Financiero, etc.

Así como alto relacionamiento con cuentas AAA y AA, stakeholders, Decision makers, Sponsors, stopper, mapa de relacionamiento con cuentas.
- Apoyo en levantamiento de requerimientos, elaboración de propuestas, presentación a clientes.
- Capacidad para levantamiento de requerimientos, demos, PoC, PoE, SoW y presentaciones de servicios.
- Manejo intermedio a avanzado de Power Point; Excel e idealmente, alguna plataforma de BI como Power BI, Looker, QlikView, Tableau, etc.
- Muy deseable: Conocimiento de normativas como ITIL.
