Job description

Objetivo del Cargo

Liderar el área de atención al cliente asegurando una experiencia de servicio de excelencia, gestionando el equipo de postventa, reclamos y soporte, con foco en eficiencia operativa, fidelización de clientes y trazabilidad de procesos a través de la correcta implementación y uso del sistema ERP Odoo.

Responsabilidades Principales

·       Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de ejecutivos de atención al cliente.

·       Establecer y monitorear KPIs (tiempos de respuesta, satisfacción, NPS, etc.).

·       Diseñar y mejorar flujos de atención, postventa, garantías, devoluciones y cambios.

·       Integrar procesos de atención con logística, operaciones, ventas y contabilidad.

·       Administrar y configurar módulos Odoo: CRM, Helpdesk, Ventas y Logística.

·       Generar reportes y dashboards en Odoo para gestión y análisis de tickets.

·       Proponer automatizaciones en Odoo que mejoren la eficiencia del área.

·       Gestionar casos escalados y definir protocolos de resolución de reclamos.

·       Capacitar al equipo en atención multicanal (WhatsApp, correo, web, marketplaces).

·       Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en base al feedback de clientes.

Requisitos del Cargo

·       Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

·       Al menos 3 años de experiencia en atención al cliente o postventa.

·       Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos de servicio o postventa.

·       Manejo avanzado de Odoo ERP (excluyente), idealmente módulos Helpdesk, Ventas, CRM y Stock.

·       Deseable experiencia en empresas de eCommerce, retail o distribución.

·       Alta orientación al cliente y capacidad resolutiva.

·       Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión de equipos.

·       Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en KPIs.
