Responsabilidades

• Asegurar en todo momento la correcta atención de las necesidades de los clientes.

• Liderazgo estratégico enfocado en la venta del distrito (street account) mejorar nivel de servicio, buscar nuevas ventas (prospectar)

• Controlar los costos del distrito, mejorar la rentabilidad de los negocios/cuentas, mantener los estándares de seguridad, vincularse con el equipo en terreno (60% terreno, 40% home office u oficina).

• Establecer un relacionamiento corporativo con cuentas globales y locales.


• Revisar diariamente sus resultados.
• Asegurar la atención a su cartera de clientes asignados en el distrito.
• Revisar las tareas comerciales y operativas del equipo de trabajo a su cargo.
• Asegurar las buenas relaciones con los principales niveles jerárquicos de los clientes y de la compañíes
• Recibir y visitar clientes.
• Estar en permanente contacto con futuros clientes.
• Revisar carteras y verificar la eficiente y eficaz atención de clientes ya sea directamente o a través de su equipo de trabajo.

Requisitos

• Título de Ingeniería Civil Química, Ing.

Comercial, Ing.

Civil Industrial, Ing en Alimentos, Ingeniería en Bioquímica o carrera afín.

(Excluyente)
• 5 años de experiencia exitosa en ventas con liderazgo de equipo.

• Inglés intermedio-alto (B2) o avanzando (C1 o C2) (Excluyente)

• MS Office intermedio (excluyente)
• Herramientas de CRM (excluyente)
• Power BI intermedio (deseable)
