Liderar, coordinar y supervisar un equipo de 10 personas, fomentando un servicio de calidad y consistente.
Gestionar la atención multicanal (telefónica, correo y presencial), asegurando tiempos de respuesta oportunos y efectivos.
Administrar y supervisar la gestión de reclamos, garantizando seguimiento, resolución y retroalimentación a las áreas correspondientes.
Velar por la correcta ejecución de procesos administrativos, cumpliendo con plazos y normativa interna.
Implementar y optimizar el uso de herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM u otros sistemas).
Definir e implementar indicadores de gestión y reportes de desempeño, promoviendo la mejora continua.
Motivar, capacitar y distribuir roles en el equipo, impulsando un ambiente colaborativo y de alto desempeño.
Coordinar con distintas áreas de la organización para entregar soluciones integrales.
Título Universitario en carreras como Relaciones Públicas, Administración, Ingeniería en Ejecución, Psicología, Trabajo Social u otras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 4 a 5 años liderando equipos de atención a clientes, afiliados o socios.
Conocimiento y manejo avanzado en gestión de reclamos, procesos administrativos y CRM.
Habilidades de liderazgo, orientación al servicio, manejo de conflictos, planificación y comunicación efectiva.
Actuar siempre con ética, transparencia y orientación a resultados.
Jornada presencial de 40 horas semanales.
