Jefe de Customer Experience Job Opening In Las Condes – Now Hiring AFP PlanVital

* Misión del cargo: Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de Experiencia de Clientes definida por el Grupo Generali y la Gerencia de Experiencia de Clientes.
* Funciones del cargo: Principales Funciones:
- Lidera el programa Customer Centricity, coordinando áreas y promoviendo actividades para fortalecer la cultura centrada en el cliente.
- Gestiona la mejora continua en procesos de atención mediante NPS y estudios, asegurando una experiencia satisfactoria.
- Supervisa estudios de satisfacción de marca y coordina planes de acción con áreas involucradas para cerrar brechas detectadas.
- Diseña y actualiza Customer Journeys, aplicando reingeniería y mejoras para lograr experiencias memorables.
- Atiende requerimientos de Riesgo, Auditoría y Superintendencia, asegurando respuestas oportunas y cumplimiento normativo.
- Genera indicadores de experiencia que visibilizan percepción, lealtad y valor del cliente para maximizar su permanencia.
- Realiza otras funciones asignadas por la jefatura para cumplir objetivos del área.
* Requisitos: -Deseable título en Ing.

Civil Industrial, Ing.

Civil en Computación, Economía o carrera afín.
-Deseable alguna certificación en temas relacionados con Experiencia de Clientes.
-Deseable Inglés Intermedio Avanzado.
