El Team de Omnicare está buscando a su próximo/a Jefe Calidad y Formación Customer Care para hacer la diferencia en nuestra gerencia Marketing & Clientes.

Tus funciones:
•Diseñar y validar programas de formación y capacitación de los equipos de los canales de atención.
• Supervisar la aplicación de evaluaciones de conocimiento y habilidades, tanto para el ingreso como permanencia de los ejecutivos.
• Velar por la correcta ejecución de bajadas comunicacionales hacia los ejecutivos de atención (incidentes, campañas, procesos, etc)
• Controlar las evaluaciones de desempeño de los ejecutivos de atención mediante herramientas de monitoreo y feedback
• Levantar patrones de comportamiento y desviación en los KPI de atención para proponer planes de mejora
• Aprobar presupuesto/gasto de nuevos modelos y pautas de calidad para el control, ya sea manual como con usos de tecnologías disponibles (IA, por ejemplo)
• Gestionar la relación contractual con proveedores de servicios de auditoría y formación
-Mín 5 años de experiencia en: Liderar equipos, Industrial de retail y Canales de servicio al cliente
-Deseable especialización en Gestión de Calidad o Formación Organizacional.
-Manejo de sistemas nivel usuario.
-Microsoft office nivel usuario.
-Herramientas de monitoreo de calidad
-Análisis de datos y KPIs de experiencia de cliente
-Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Administración, o carrera afín.
