Job description

Descripción de la Empresa:

Organización privada sin fines de lucro, con más de 70 años de trayectoria en diagnóstico, tratamiento, investigación y docencia en cáncer.

Objetivo del Cargo:

Liderar y supervisar la ejecución de las estrategias comerciales en el área de convenios, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas y la correcta implementación del modelo de negocios, mediante la conducción de un equipo de ventas en terreno, con foco en la expansión y mantención de convenios corporativos.

Funciones:

  • Ejecutar y supervisar la implementación del modelo de negocios y los planes estratégicos definidos por la Subgerencia de Ventas.
  • Liderar un equipo de aproximadamente 30 personas, motivando y guiando al equipo hacia el cumplimiento de metas comerciales.
  • Gestionar la captación y mantención de convenios corporativos, asegurando altos niveles de penetración y fidelización.
  • Acompañar en visitas a terreno cuando el potencial del convenio lo requiera.
  • Asegurar el uso adecuado de plataformas tecnológicas para el monitoreo de resultados y seguimiento de la gestión comercial.
  • Participar activamente en procesos de reclutamiento para mantener la dotación del equipo.




Requisitos:

Requisitos y Experiencia:

Se requiere experiencia mínima de cinco años liderando equipos de ventas en terreno, específicamente en venta de intangibles.

Se valorará especialmente experiencia previa en sectores como Isapres, AFP, cajas de compensación o seguros complementarios, con foco en la gestión de convenios corporativos.

Se busca una persona con impecabilidad en la ejecución de normas y procedimientos, flexibilidad para adaptarse a distintos contextos.
