**Your role at Clorox:**

Apoyo a la gestión de inventarios a nivel, revisando propuestas de mejoras y generando procedimientos que homologuen procesos.
Apoyo al seguimiento a proceso de D&D y obsolescencia a nivel LATAM con los equipos locales, asegurando que se cumpla un solo procedimiento de provisión y criterios de los mismos a nivel LATAM .
Apoyo en la generación de reportes y requerimientos locales y corporativos adicionales al cierre mensual.
Apoyo en el control interno, procesos de Self Asesstment en toma de Inventarios y apoyo al control general y generar auditorias de trazabilidad que promuevan un ambiente de control.
Hacer seguimiento a desviaciones de inventarios junto al equipo local para entender la causa raíz de la misma.

Asistir a Inventarios físicos en las locaciones que principalmente poseen auditorias externa.

Generar actitud de compromiso y motivar a los miembros del equipo con el objetivo de entregar resultados analizados y estructurados disminuyendo cargas operativas que no agreguen valor.

**In this role, you will:**

**Planificación y seguimiento de inventarios cíclicos e inventarios anuales;**

+ Velar por el cumplimiento de la generación de los inventarios cíclicos y anuales auditables externamente y según política corporativa, así como los ajustes de inventarios pertinentes con su entendimiento y validación trazable.
+ Hacer seguimiento a los inventarios planificados y revisar que queden posteados en SAP en tiempo y según política.

**Monitorio Proceso D&D y Obsolescencia:**

+ A nivel LATAM generar el registro contable y análisis en tiempo.

**Asegurar la presentación de las reconciliaciones de cuentas:**

+ Elaborar las reconciliaciones de cuentas contables high y médium asignadas en Blackline referente a Inventarios a nivel LATAM , identificando cualquier aging superior a los establecido para efectos de análisis de cuentas y hacer seguimiento con los equipos locales para gestionar que no se transformen en un WO o estén identificados como parte D&D.

Proponer ajustes necesarios y mejoras en proceso.

**Generar procesos de auditorias:**

+ Realizar validaciones de proceso de inventarios con trazabilidad sistémica, y entendimiento de potenciales cambios o mejoras en procesos de almacenamiento, despacho, producción u otro que puedan afectar al control de inventario.

Presentar propuesta de planificación anual.

**Otras responsabilidades:**

+ Contabilizaciones de JE a nivel de LATAM que se requieran
+ Revisiones, proyectos puntuales que se requieran
