Responsibilities
- Acquiring and developing trust with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding their needs.
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and coordinating with various departments to provide optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.
Requirements
- Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with clear sales KPIs.
- Familiar with the use of a CRM tool.
- Autonomous in a sales team; experience working with regional sales teams and in hosting events to acquire new customers.
- At least 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales).
- Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
- Strong communication, flexibility, relationship maintenance, and sales skills; able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto; industry experience is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
