Creamos equipos ágiles para áreas de Infraestructura Tecnológica, Desarrollo de Software y Unidades de Negocio, trabajando con clientes de sectores como servicios financieros, seguros, retail y gobierno.
Desde hace 6 años diseñamos soluciones a medida, enfocándonos en consultoría, formación de equipos, desarrollo de proyectos y soporte IT bajo metodologías ágiles y cambio organizacional.
Funciones principales
Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Networking para integrarse a un proyecto desafiante con modalidad híbrida en Santiago Centro.
El/la profesional será responsable de configurar y administrar equipos de red como firewalls, routers, switches y access points, ejecutando tareas de routing y switching, gestión de VLANs y protocolos de enrutamiento.
Además, deberá realizar troubleshooting de redes, administrar entornos con sistemas operativos Linux y Windows, y colaborar en la integración con Active Directory y redes wireless.
El rol incluye el manejo de equipos de marcas reconocidas como Cisco, Huawei y Fortigate, garantizando la seguridad y optimización de la infraestructura de red.
Participará activamente en mantenimiento, mejora y monitoreo continuo para asegurar altos niveles de disponibilidad y rendimiento.
Descripción del perfil requerido
Se requiere experiencia comprobable en redes, especialmente en configuración y gestión de firewalls, routers, switches (Layer 3), access points y tecnologías asociadas de routing y switching.
Es indispensable el conocimiento de VLANs, protocolos de enrutamiento, y manejo de redes wireless.
La capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas de redes (troubleshooting) es fundamental.
El candidato/a debe tener manejo operativo en sistemas Linux y Windows, así como experiencia trabajando con Active Directory.
Valoramos conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas MS Office para documentación y reportes.
Poseer certificación CCNA es deseable, al igual que experiencia con equipos Cisco, Huawei y Fortigate.
Además de los conocimientos técnicos, buscamos una persona con capacidad analítica, orientada a resultados, proactiva, que trabaje bien en equipo y se adapte a un ambiente dinámico y colaborativo, con ganas de crecer profesionalmente.
Requisitos y deseables
Certificación CCNA es considerada una ventaja importante.
Experiencia adicional en seguridad de redes y administración avanzada de firewalls Fortigate o similares sería un plus.
Conocimientos en automatización de tareas de red y manejo de herramientas de monitoreo de red contribuirán positivamente.
