# Project Overview:
Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries.

This shift to clean energy—and the need for commodities—is critical to underpinning the energy transition.

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the mechanical equipment packages in copper concentrator plant, with the ability to develop meetings with customers and sellers to determine the scope of work, technical and design definitions, in addition to quantity and cost estimates for the mechanical aspects of the scope of a project.

Must have the necessary knowledge for the design review, development, modification and/or evaluation of mechanical components and processes and interrelation with other disciplines.

Their recommendations will solve technical problems and ensure that the unique and complex requirements of the mechanical aspects of a project are met.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Having experience in mining project engineering development (mandatory).

+ Knowing dry and wet area equipment applied in projects and equipment required in mining industry processes (mandatory).

+ Having field experience in the mining industry (valued).

+ Knowing design and calculating material handling equipment in concentrator plants (desirable).

+ Knowing how to develop and analyze calculations of water networks and pulps (mandatory).

+ Knowing how to develop calculations for air networks, air conditioning, tanks and fire protection systems (desirable).

+ Applying technical knowledge and skills effectively to solve a variety of problems, complete tasks/assignments and provide guidance and advice.

+ Acting with considerable professional autonomy, showing flexibility and enthusiasm for individual and team tasks.

+ Having advanced intermediate level of oral and written English (will be valued).

+ Demonstrating skills in oral and written communication.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires degree in Mechanical Civil Engineering, and a minimum of 6 years of specific relevant work experience related to mining industry.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience in mining project engineering development (mandatory).

+ Knowledge of dry and wet area equipment applied in projects and equipment required in mining industry processes (mandatory).

+ Field experience in the mining industry (valued).
