Abrimos esta postulación a profesionales interesados/as en postular con nosotros/as al área de Tratamiento de Aguas específicamente en el campo de Ventas.
Nalco Water, una empresa Ecolab, busca un Ingeniero/a de Ventas para unirse a su equipo de ventas líder de la industria.
Usted será responsable del crecimiento de ingresos y ganancias de los programas y servicios en cuentas específicas.
Mediante un enfoque de ventas consultivas, establecerá relaciones con los clientes existentes mediante la ejecución de programas de garantía del sistema que satisfagan sus necesidades comerciales.
Con un sólido liderazgo en ventas, también convertirá cuentas competitivas estratégicas y venderá nuevas tecnologías a los clientes actuales.

Lo que harás:
Generar y ejecutar planes de ventas con clientes existentes y en cuentas asignadas de manera competitiva, para alcanzar los objetivos de aumento de beneficios.
Trabajar estrechamente con clientes actuales y potenciales para comprender las necesidades comerciales y recomendar planes de innovación y mejora continua que mantendrán y aumentarán las ventas.
Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales, incluidos los ejecutivos de plantas
Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes identificando y resolviendo los desafíos de los clientes, según sea necesario
Comprometerse en la resolución de problemas realizando análisis de sistemas, interpretando datos y proporcionando recomendaciones escritas para asegurar que las operaciones de los clientes estén funcionando a niveles óptimos.
Vender y apoyar activamente las innovaciones y tecnología de Nalco Water en clientes asignados para promover relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.

Esta posición tiene base en la Región Metropolitana
Las cuentas claves están en la industria de F&B (alimentos y bebidas alcohólicas) , Manufacturing (plásticos, cerámicas) , institucional (hoteles, hospitales, etc…),Industria de la madera.

Requisitos:
Título de Ingeniería Civil Química, Ing Civil Mecánica, Ing Civil Medio Ambiental o carrera a fin, Ing Química, Ing mecánica, Ing yente)
Tratamiento de agua o experiencia en la industria química (Deseable)
Tres años de experiencia en el área de ventas técnicas (Excluyente)
Experiencia en soporte técnico (Deseable)
Debe tener licencia de conducir clase B vigente y con una antigüedad mínima de 3-4 años.
Debe residir en la (Excluyente)
Debe tener disponibilidad trabajar con Art 22 del código de trabajo.
Conocimiento práctico de calderas, sistemas de refrigeración, y sistemas de tratamiento de aguas residuales.
