Ingeniero/a en Ventas Técnicas NW Heavy – Zona Centro y Sur

Nalco Water, una empresa Ecolab, busca un/a Ingeniero/a en Ventas Técnicas para unirse a su equipo de ventas líder en la industria.

Esta posición tiene base en Santiago y cubre la zona Centro y a futuro cubrirá la zona Sur , desde Los Andes hasta Concepción , incluyendo clientes en sectores de la industria como sanitario, termoeléctricas, desalación, minería, etc.

Funciones Del Cargo

  • Prospectar activamente nuevas oportunidades dentro de cuentas asignadas y en el territorio.

  • Desarrollar cartera de clientes en zona centro-sur, capturando oportunidades en sectores clave.

  • Liderar equipo de 2 Ingenieros de Aplicación (zona centro y sur) y colaborar con el Business Development Maneger.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión, seguimiento de indicadores y propuestas comerciales.

  • Generar y ejecutar planes de ventas consultivas, con foco en innovación y mejora continua.

  • Proporcionar asistencia técnica y resolución de problemas operacionales.

  • Promover tecnologías de Nalco Water en clientes asignados para relaciones comerciales sostenibles.

Requisitos

  • Título en Ingeniería Civil Química, Mecánica, Industrial, Metalúrgica o afín (Excluyente)
  • Perfil comercial con experiencia en ventas consultivas (Excluyente)
  • Desde 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico y ventas consultivas en entornos industriales complejos (procesamiento químico, oil & gas, energía, aire, minería, etc.)
  • Inglés intermedio (B1) (Excluyente)
  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente con mínimo 3-4 años (Excluyente)
  • Residencia en la Región Metropolitana o alrededores, y con disponibilidad de viajar a la zona sur (Excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo Artículo 22 (Excluyente)
  • Conocimiento práctico en calderas, sistemas de refrigeración y tratamiento de aguas residuales (Deseable)
