Overview

PUFFER busca un/a Líder de Venta de Servicios Industriales para la Región Metropolitana (Las Condes).

Ubicación base: Mariano Sánchez Fontecilla 310, Las Condes, Región Metropolitana.

Modalidad: Presencial, con salidas a terreno y desplazamientos frecuentes a distintas regiones del país.

Impulsa soluciones de alto impacto en automatización, mantenimiento y eficiencia operativa.

Únete a PUFFER para liderar la estrategia comercial de servicios industriales.

Qué harás en este rol

  • Liderarás la Estrategia Comercial de Servicios Industriales, con foco en paradas de planta (totales o por área), mantenciones industriales programadas y modernización de sistemas y tecnología instalada.

  • Ofrecer servicios postventa, soporte técnico, diagnósticos y más.

  • Trabajar con clientes que ya tienen soluciones instaladas y con nuevas oportunidades, ofreciendo servicios alineados a inversiones CAPEX o mejora continua OPEX.

  • Participarás en visitas a terreno, reuniones técnicas y actividades comerciales, tanto en Santiago como en regiones, según el proyecto.

Perfil que buscamos

Formación

  • Ingeniería Civil o de Ejecución (Mecánica, Automatización, Industrial), Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín con enfoque técnico.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años en venta técnica de servicios industriales.

  • Conocimiento de minería, energía, celulosa o manufactura.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Servicios industriales, automatización, gestión de activos.

  • Estrategias de venta consultiva para soluciones CAPEX y OPEX.

  • Manejo de relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

Otros Requisitos

  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.

  • Alta disponibilidad para viajar dentro del país, incluyendo visitas programadas a terreno y estancias fuera de Santiago.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Detectar oportunidades comerciales en clientes actuales y potenciales.

  • Desarrollar propuestas técnico-comerciales alineadas a las necesidades del cliente.

  • Coordinar con equipos internos (técnico, marketing, operaciones) para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.

  • Participar en la promoción de servicios mediante visitas, capacitaciones y eventos con clientes.

  • Mantener visibilidad del pipeline de ventas y colaborar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Condiciones del Cargo

  • Base de trabajo: Las Condes, Santiago.

  • Jornada Laboral: Lunes a jueves 08:30-18:30; Viernes 08:30-14:30.

  • Contrato: Plazo fijo 6 meses, luego indefinido según desempeño.

  • Renta: Competitiva, acorde al mercado (informada en entrevista).
