Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico (Redes y TI) - Eknow Servicios de Ingeniería y Capacitación

Propósito Del Cargo

Brindar soporte técnico integral a los usuarios internos y externos en el uso de estaciones de trabajo, software, sistemas de información y redes de comunicación, asegurando la continuidad operativa, la satisfacción del usuario y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad de la organización.

Funciones Principales

  • Atender, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes y requerimientos de usuarios relacionados con hardware, software, sistemas y redes.

  • Administrar y dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a las estaciones de trabajo, periféricos y dispositivos tecnológicos.

  • Gestionar la conectividad de la red LAN/WAN, WiFi y VPN, asegurando la disponibilidad y seguridad de los servicios.

  • Configurar y dar soporte a cuentas de usuario, accesos, correo electrónico y políticas de seguridad.

  • Monitorear y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los sistemas informáticos y de telecomunicaciones.

  • Documentar incidentes, soluciones y procedimientos en la base de conocimiento de TI.

  • Capacitar y orientar a los usuarios en el uso adecuado de herramientas y recursos tecnológicos.

  • Colaborar en proyectos de mejora de infraestructura tecnológica y actualizaciones de sistemas.

  • Escalar problemas complejos al área correspondiente (soporte especializado, proveedores o fabricantes).

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad informática de la organización.

Requisitos Del Cargo

  • Formación académica: Ingeniero/Técnico en Informática, Redes, Sistemas o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia laboral: Mínimo 2 años en soporte técnico a usuarios (help desk / mesa de ayuda).

  • Experiencia en administración básica de redes y servidores.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Soporte en sistemas operativos Windows, Linux y MacOS.

  • Redes (protocolos TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, configuración de routers/switches/firewalls).

  • Herramientas de ticketing y gestión de incidencias.

  • Administración básica de Active Directory, Office 365 y servicios en la nube.

  • Seguridad informática y buenas prácticas de TI.

  • Instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de hardware y software.

  • Orientación al cliente y buena comunicación.

  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.

  • Organización y priorización de tareas.
