Job description

Importante empresa del sector industrial y de servicios a la minería
 se encuentra en búsqueda de un 
Ingeniero/a de Desarrollo de Negocios
 para sumarse a su equipo comercial.

Este rol es clave para identificar oportunidades, gestionar procesos de venta técnica-consultiva y generar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos, aportando al crecimiento de la compañía.

Funciones principales:

  • Levantar y gestionar oportunidades de negocio mediante visitas en terreno, reuniones y participación en ferias o ruedas de negocio.

  • Realizar levantamientos técnicos en terreno para traspaso de información al área de propuestas.

  • Gestionar procesos de licitación y coordinar con las áreas internas la preparación de ofertas técnico-económicas.

  • Mantener contacto proactivo con clientes actuales y prospectos, generando relaciones de confianza.

  • Elaborar reportes de gestión y proyecciones mensuales, participando en reuniones de coordinación con gerencia y áreas relacionadas.

  • Contribuir en la elaboración de presentaciones y material de apoyo comercial.

Condiciones:

  • Jornada presencial full time con trabajo en terreno
  • Horario: Lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 18:30 hrs y viernes de 8:30 a 17:30 hrs
  • Residencia: deben residir en la V Región: Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, Quilpué, Villa Alemana o Concón.

  • Renta: fijo + variable trimestral.

  • Importante
    : el pago del variable trimestral corresponde exclusivamente a las ventas gestionadas directamente por el Ingeniero/a de Desarrollo, no a ventas totales generadas por otros interlocutores.

  • Beneficios: aguinaldos en septiembre y diciembre, convenio FALP.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, de Ejecución Mecánica, Eléctrica o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en 
    venta técnica a la minería
    .

  • Experiencia comprobable en procesos de ventas consultivas, licitaciones y negociación comercial.

  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.

  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes dentro y fuera del país.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Movilización propia (dada la ubicación de las instalaciones, V Región).

  • Conocimiento de portales de licitación (Wherex, Ariba u otros).
