Your main focus will be recruitment — reviewing applications, sourcing strong candidates on LinkedIn, and running first-round interviews to identify the best fits.
What You’ll Do
- Review resumes and applications for fit
- Proactively source and outreach to candidates on LinkedIn
- Conduct first-round interviews with candidates (both sourced and applicants)
- Assess personality, drive, and cultural fit — we’re strict with our hiring and only looking for A-players
- Source and hire across a variety of roles, including marketing, product, and developer positions
- Support hiring efforts across North America, Latin America, and the Philippines
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing
- Strong instincts for evaluating people’s personalities, motivation, and work ethic
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
