Busca un HR Analyst para alinear las estrategias de personal y cultura con los objetivos empresariales, proporcionando orientación y apoyo en todas las áreas relacionadas con el capital humano.

Con especiales conocimientos en materias de nómina, compensaciones, beneficios y legislación laboral vigente.

Reportando a la CAO de la compañía, entre las principales responsabilidades de un HR Analyst se incluyen administrar la estrategia general de recursos humanos, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y normativas establecidas.

Para desempeñar este cargo satisfactoriamente, debes ser un líder natural, tomar decisiones de calidad y con seguridad, ayudando a desarrollarse a los empleados, además de ser más productivo al tiempo que te aseguras de que nuestros beneficios aumentan.

Responsibilities

  • Administrar planes de compensaciones y beneficios.
  • Administrar y/o crear los medios de control necesarios para asegurar el correcto cálculo y pago de las remuneraciones.
  • Automatización de procesos de payroll a través de plataforma BUK.

  • Participar activamente en la creación y administración de beneficios.
  • Liderar todo el proceso administrativo y legal a nivel de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de políticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Implementar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales.
  • Promover una cultura de mejora continua y alto rendimiento desarrollando y aplicando estrategias que alineen los objetivos individuales y de equipo con los objetivos generales de la organización.
  • Apoyar en procesos de atracción, reclutamiento, selección, adquisición, retención y desarrollo de talento alineado a la estrategia de la compañía.
  • Administrar los procesos onboarding a nuevos empleados y ayudar a organizar las iniciativas de formación y desarrollo.
  • Ofrecer apoyo a los empleados en varios temas relacionados con RR.

    HH., como permisos y compensaciones, y solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
  • Proporcionar orientación y ayuda a los empleados en relación con las consultas sobre compensación y beneficios y otras cuestiones, garantizando la claridad y la transparencia.
  • Ejecutar otras actividades asociadas al desarrollo organizacional (clima y cultura).

    Promoviendo una cultura inclusiva y de alto rendimiento para con el compromiso de los empleados.

Requirements

  • Título Profesional en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Recursos Humanos, Contable, Administración de empresas o relacionada.

    Con deseable especialización en recursos humanos.

  • Deseable experiencia en Startup.
  • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 2 años como generalista de RR.

    HH.
  • Profundos conocimientos en nómina.
  • Experiencia en el proceso completo de remuneraciones mediante sistema BUK.
  • Buen y actual conocimiento de la legislación laboral vigente.
  • Experiencia deseable en adquisición y atracción de talento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para construir relaciones efectivas a través de múltiples niveles dentro y fuera de la compañía.
  • Aptitud para solucionar problemas, siendo tomador de decisiones de calidad, con pensamiento crítico y creativo.
  • Ser un líder colaborativo, empático, profesionalmente responsable y con alta orientación al logro.

  • Se valorará formación adicional en RR.

  • Nivel de Inglés Intermedio.
