Experiencia

  • Arquitecto/a con experiencia entre 10-15 años en gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos.

  • Experiencia en inmobiliarias o empresas de venta de materiales de construcción, terminaciones o interiorismo.

  • Orientación comercial y capacidad para cerrar proyectos con clientes.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

  • Capacidad de organización y planificación, con foco en cumplimiento de plazos.

  • Proactividad para proponer mejoras y buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

  • Pasión por transformar la experiencia de remodelar y ganas de ser parte de un modelo innovador y tecnológico.

Responsabilidades
:

  • Liderazgo de equipo:

gestionar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de arquitectos y brokers, acompañando a una cartera de clientes durante todo el proceso.
- Ventas y acompañamiento inicial:

gestionar potenciales clientes, comprender sus necesidades y guiarlos hacia la mejor solución de remodelación.
- Gestión integral de proyectos:

garantizar cotizaciones claras, inicio de obras en tiempo y forma, desarrollo fluido, cumplimiento de plazos y entrega final respaldada por reportes de calidad.
- Relación con proveedores:

coordinar y fortalecer la colaboración entre proveedores y clientes, resolviendo obstáculos y asegurando altos estándares de servicio.
- Gestión financiera de proyectos:

planificar y supervisar los pagos según avance de obra, manteniendo control y transparencia junto al área de administración y finanzas.
- Crecimiento del negocio:

impulsar nuevas alianzas con inmobiliarias, corredoras y administradoras de condominios, además de proponer iniciativas que optimicen el
customer journey

y potencien la innovación.
