Job Description Dentro de sus funciones se espera que sea responsable de supervisar los sistemas, proyectos y soporte TI, gestionando al equipo técnico y trabajando en estrecha colaboración con clientes internos, el equipo de desarrollo y stakeholders de la organización. Administrar y optimizar sistemas críticos: ERP, CRM, infraestructura, seguridad y continuidad operacional. Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos tecnológicos y de transformación interna. Liderar el área de soporte, asegurando atención de calidad y altos estándares de servicio. Diseñar y ejecutar la hoja de ruta tecnológica alineada a los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía. Supervisar portafolio de proyectos aplicando metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y buenas prácticas de gestión. Implementar procesos de mejora continua en soporte y operaciones. Motivar, desarrollar y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios. Gestionar relaciones con proveedores y partners estratégicos. Reportar avances, riesgos y resultados a la alta dirección. Título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Computación, Informática o carrera afín. 8+ años de experiencia en áreas de tecnología y operaciones, con al menos 5 años en roles de liderazgo. Experiencia en ERP, infraestructura, ciberseguridad y transformación digital. Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos (PMI, Scrum, Kanban). Inglés avanzado.Principales Responsabilidades

Professional Skills Título profesional o técnico en Ingeniería en Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, o campos afines.
2 a 4 años de experiencia profesional como Fullstack Developer.
Haber trabajado en productos SaaS orientados a clientes B2B (excluyente).
Participación en equipos multidisciplinarios con foco en producto digital.
Experiencia liderando técnica o funcionalmente equipos pequeños (formales o informales).
Technical Skills Dominio de herramientas de prototipado rápido como Lovable y Bolt para validar hipótesis técnicas y de experiencia de usuario.
Frontend: experiencia sólida en React, Vue o Angular.
Backend: dominio de Node.js y/o Python.
APIs REST y/o GraphQL.
CI/CD: experiencia con pipelines automatizados y herramientas como GitHub/GitLab CI.
Analítica e instrumentación: uso de herramientas como Segment, Mixpanel, Sentry.
Cloud: experiencia desplegando en Cloud Run, Vercel, AWS u otros servicios cloud.
Testing: prácticas robustas de testing unitario, integración y end-to-end.
Uso habitual de herramientas de IA para desarrollo: Copilot, Cursor, u otras con LLMs. Valoramos experiencia adicional en integración con sistemas de diseño colaborativo (Figma, Storybook).
