We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Head of Growth Marketing to join the team.

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals.

You will work to communicate progress and results transparently, reinforcing trust with clients and guiding long-term growth planning.

You will be a representative and advocate for CTCs approach to media acquisition and its tools, driving outcomes and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven forecasts and execute growth marketing strategies that align with client goals.

  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication of actions taken and comparison of results to projections.

  • Represent and advocate for CTC’s distinctive media acquisition approach and tools.

  • Lead and manage growth initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable results and achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to build growth forecasts and growth maps using the Prophet system and related processes.

  • Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to maximize performance, and run tests to beat previous campaigns.

  • Communicate daily performance updates to clients and align strategy with forecasts.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learnings across teams and future company content.

  • Be ready to pivot and adopt new approaches when needed and take a leading role in obstacle scenarios.

  • Onboarding : Align with the Brain Trust, work with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; uphold data integrity; execute Prophet system for clients; build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps; monitor daily execution vs forecast; pivot and adjust plans as needed.

  • Quality Standards : Maintain a delta within 5% of the forecast; ensure client alignment and satisfaction; adhere to Prophet system execution timelines and deliverables.

  • Client Communication : Communicate goals and deadlines clearly; provide daily performance updates; coordinate weekly strategy calls.

  • Contributing Back : Share learnings and collaborate across teams; contribute to future company content.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary progression: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year: $100,000-$120,000.
