Buscamos un/a Growth Performance Manager apasionado/a que lidere la estrategia de Growth y Performance en nuestro portafolio de innovación Copec Wind Garage, colaborando con equipos clave para transformar ideas en nuevos negocios exitosos.

Serás responsable de asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia de Growth y Performance del portafolio de Innovación de Copec Wind Garage para cumplir con los objetivos de desarrollo de nuevos negocios, trabajando de forma coordinada con equipos internos de ventas, producto y marketing, además de partners de performance externos.

Responsabilidades

  • Growth: Establecer lineamientos estratégicos y tácticos para el crecimiento de nuevos negocios en medios digitales.

  • Definir el Marketing Spent a partir de metas y proyecciones comerciales.

  • Dominar y monitorear Benchmark de Marketing Spend en categorías afines.

  • Definir y monitorear KPI´s de Growth, reportando directamente a células y líderes de nuevos negocios.

  • Definir y/o aplicar optimizaciones a canales de venta digital: Marcajes, UX, UI y SEO.

  • Levantar, priorizar, implementar y gestionar tácticas en medios digitales para adquisición de clientes.

  • Desarrollar experimentos para la optimización del Funnel de venta digital.

  • Performance: Liderar planes de paid & own media según objetivos comerciales y de branding de nuevos negocios.

  • Desarrollar Briefs con objetivos y lineamientos para el desarrollo de planes de Paid Media con agencias de performance.

  • Revisitar y validar planes de Paid Media con células y líderes de nuevos negocios con foco en awareness, tráfico y conversión.

  • Dar seguimiento activo y liderar la optimización de planes / grillas de Paid Media con agencias de performance.

  • Llevar el control de presupuesto y reportería de planes de Paid AON / Campañas seasonal.

  • Diseñar e implementar planes de Paid para proyectos piloto o en etapas de Go To Market.

  • Definir A/B testing para mejorar rendimiento en Planes de Paid Media AON.

  • Supervisar iniciativas de E Mail MKT, con mirada crítica a objetivos, diseño, UX y UI, según lineamientos de negocio.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional de Ingeniería Comercial, Publicidad o carrera afín.

  • Contar con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas de Marketing Digital, Performance o Commerce, con dominio técnico y manejo de influencia y negociación.

  • Deseable: Conocimiento en CRM Salesforce.

  • CONOCIMIENTOS CRITICOS: Analítica y manejo de datos, Marketing digital, Conocimiento en Looker Studio, GA 4 y Google Tag Manager, Conocimiento en google ads, meta ads y programmatic.

  • Contar con Inglés intermedio - avanzado.
