You'll architect growth, transforming sales with HubSpot, AI, and marketing automation.

Compensation:

USD 1K - 2K/month

  • Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)

Overview:

Dryft Motors is a fast-growing automotive dealership based in Miami, Florida, specializing in commercial vehicles such as cargo vans, box trucks, and pickups.

We are modernizing how dealerships run marketing and customer experience by combining data, automation, and AI.

We already have a creative marketer producing content and managing our social media.

Now we're searching for a Marketing Automation & CRM Manager to build and run the technical growth engine behind that content — fully leveraging HubSpot, digital ads, and automated campaigns to drive more qualified leads, improve follow-ups, and increase sales.

You will be the go-to expert for HubSpot, marketing technology, and performance marketing — helping us scale smarter, track attribution, and make every lead count.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot – Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM.

  • Set up advanced workflows, lead scoring, pipeline automations, and AI-driven follow-up tasking.

  • Implement and maintain email/SMS/WhatsApp marketing sequences.

  • Build dashboards & reports for marketing and sales performance.

  • Marketing Automation – Create and maintain campaigns that trigger based on user behavior and sales stages.

  • Performance Marketing – Oversee paid digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, retargeting).

  • Data & Integrations – Connect HubSpot with other platforms (ad networks, call tracking, forms, chatbots).

  • A/B Testing & Optimization – Test landing pages, forms, and ads to maximize conversion rates.

  • AI Enablement – Implement AI tools/workflows inside HubSpot for lead scoring, task assignment, and follow-up optimization.

  • Collaboration – Work closely with our in-house creative marketer to execute campaigns that convert.

  • Technical Marketing Infrastructure – Manage and optimize the tech stack that powers marketing and sales: phone system configuration (RingCentral or similar), call tracking, WhatsApp/Meta integrations, chatbots, website lead forms, tracking pixels, and other tools that connect our communications and CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub): workflows, automations, lists, custom properties, dashboards.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, retargeting, analytics, tracking pixels.

  • Experience with email & SMS marketing platforms and WhatsApp Business API/automation.

  • Understanding of CRM architecture and lead funnels.

  • Familiarity with AI tools (chatbots, task automation, copy tools) and API integrations.

  • Solid understanding of analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, attribution).
