Gestor de Servicios TI
para unirse a un equipo dinámico y contribuir en la gestión y continuidad operacional de los servicios tecnológicos.

Buscamos profesionales proactivos, con habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para coordinar entre áreas técnicas y de negocio.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan en esta aventura?

  • Ser el punto focal para el seguimiento, alerta y control de la operación de los servicios tecnológicos, asegurando su continuidad.

  • Coordinar el seguimiento de la resolución de incidentes con equipos de soporte especializado (internos y externos).

  • Gestionar la comunicación de estatus y eventos relevantes a los ejecutivos y áreas de negocio.

  • Controlar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de procesos, procedimientos técnicos y SLAs.
  • Desarrollar informes de gestión, métricas y puntos de mejora para garantizar la estabilidad operacional.

  • Mantener actualizado el Catálogo de Servicios y gestionar la interacción con proveedores.

Formación:

  • Título en
    Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines
    .

Habilidades técnicas (excluyentes):

  • 3+ años de experiencia en roles de gestión de servicios TI o soporte técnico con interacción ejecutiva
    .

  • Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas de monitoreo, tales como Splunk, Zabbix, Prometheus, Datalog.

  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de ticktes, tales como ServiceNow, Jira Service Management.

  • Manejo avanzado de cloud & on-premise.

  • Manejo intermedio de redes.

  • Inglés
