What you will do

At Volvo Group Chile, you will contribute to transforming our company, the transport industry, and society as a whole.

You will:

Lead the development of key accounts and strategic projects that drive the adoption of new technologies and sustainable business models.

You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers — large fleets, logistics operators, and mining companies — while promoting the Total Volvo Offer: vehicles, services, financing, connectivity, and digital solutions.

You will lead the introduction and scaling of new transport technologies (such as electric and LNG trucks), managing pilots with customers to adapt the product, service, and business model to the Chilean market’s real needs.

You will also represent Volvo Chile in regional and global forums, sharing best practices and contributing to the transformation toward a more efficient, safe, and sustainable transport future.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead pioneering initiatives, work with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, VFS, Services, Aftermarket, and BI), and actively shape the transition toward cleaner and more connected transport solutions.

Your future team

You will be part of the Commercial Transport Solutions area, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

You’ll work closely with a diverse and talented team of sales, engineering, financing, connectivity, and service specialists, all driven by the same purpose: delivering the best customer experience and transforming the transport industry.

It’s a collaborative, agile, and innovation-oriented team, combining strong local expertise with Volvo Group’s global perspective.

You’ll join passionate professionals who care deeply about sustainability, technology, and building long-term customer partnerships.

In this role, you will bring: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in key account management, business development, or strategic projects within the transport, mining, or complex B2B industries.

  • Strong understanding of the transport business and its value models, including products, services, financing, and digital solutions.

  • Advanced relationship-building and negotiation skills with strategic customers and senior stakeholders.

  • Advanced English proficiency, able to engage confidently in regional and global contexts.

  • Strategic and results-driven mindset, focused on delivering sustainable commercial impact.
