Job description

¡En Grafton LATAM buscamos un/a Generalista de RRHH Jr. con foco principalmente en al área de RyS para prestar servicios a un importante cliente líder del rubro minería y construcción!

¿Tienes experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento, administración de personal y gestión de equipos en obra?

Esta es tu oportunidad para integrarte a un proyecto desafiante y de alto impacto en el sector de infraestructura y construcción.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Dar soporte al área de Recursos Humanos con foco en procesos de selección y reclutamiento de perfiles profesionales en obras (jefaturas, ingenierías y especialidades), asegurando un proceso completo de contratación y onboarding, desde la solicitud y validación de documentación hasta la firma del contrato en plataformas digitales (Workday, Icims u otras).

Responsabilidades clave

  • Reclutar y seleccionar perfiles profesionales de construcción y minería.

  • Gestionar el proceso de contratación y onboarding (plataforma digital, documentación de ingreso, contrato firmado).

  • Administrar contratos y seguimiento de personal.

  • Coordinar inducciones y capacitaciones iniciales.

  • Mantener comunicación constante con equipos de RR.HH.

    en obra (turnos, dotación, contingencias).

  • Colaborar en planes de relaciones laborales y reportes de avances.

  • Velar por cumplimiento de normativas laborales y reglamentos internos.

Requisitos del cargo

  • Título en Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en RRHH o carrera afín.

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en roles de selección o generalista de RRHH.

  • Experiencia en empresas constructoras o mineras (excluyente).

  • Manejo de legislación laboral vigente.

  • Manejo de procesos completos de contratación y onboarding.

  • Experiencia comprobada en reclutamiento y selección de perfiles profesionales en obras.

  • Deseable manejo de plataformas de RRHH (Workday, Oracle, Icims o similares).

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.

Condiciones de contratación

  • Lugar de trabajo: Las Condes, Santiago
  • Jornada: Lunes a viernes de 08:30 a 17:30 hrs.

  • Contrato a través de Grafton Latam en modalidad de Servicios Transitorios
