Overview
In this role, you will contribute to an SAP SuccessFactors implementation project focused on payroll, people management and finance.
You will work with internal teams and external providers, ensuring correct data migration, financial integrations, accounting, payments and bank reconciliations.
You will be responsible for mapping and validating financial flows, documenting integrations and risks, and ensuring implementations comply with corporate policies and international standards.
Location requirement: This position is open only to candidates residing in Santiago, Chile.
Applications from other countries/cities will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Validate data migration plans defined by the external provider.
- Verify consistency and accuracy of information between source and destination systems.
- Document processes and procedures used during migration.
- Prepare data comparison reports and quality analysis.
- Log load incidents and track until resolution.
- Issue formal validations certifying successful migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience with SAP HCM in implementation, support and maintenance.
- +3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll / Employee Central).
- +3 years of experience validating and documenting data migration processes.
- +3 years working in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external providers.
- Intermediate/advanced English (reading, writing and technical communication).
Desirable
- Experience with Infoporter tool for migration processes (highly valued).
- Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and task management.
- Ability to propose improvements in data validation processes.
- Result-oriented and proactive in anticipating risks in migration projects.
