Job description

Importante empresa del rubro de seguridad industrial y elementos de protección personal (EPP) se encuentra en búsqueda de Ejecutivos(as) Comerciales B2B, para desempeñarse en la Región Metropolitana bajo modalidad híbrida.

Buscamos personas con experiencia en ventas consultivas, capacidad de gestión comercial en terreno y conocimientos del rubro industrial, construcción o distribución.

Principales responsabilidades:

Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes en los sectores industrial, construcción, minería y servicios.

Levantamiento de necesidades en materia de seguridad y protección personal (EPP).

Presentación de propuestas comerciales a la medida de cada cliente.

Negociación, cierre de ventas y seguimiento postventa.

Fidelización y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes asignada.

Reporte y actualización constante en CRM de gestión comercial.

Participación en reuniones comerciales, visitas a terreno y eventos de clientes.

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas B2B, idealmente en EPP, insumos industriales o construcción.

Experiencia comprobada en ventas consultivas.

Movilización propia y licencia de conducir clase B vigente (excluyente).

Disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro de la Región Metropolitana.

Enseñanza media completa (ideal formación técnica o profesional en carreras afines: Ingeniería Comercial, Prevención de Riesgos, Administración).

Deseable manejo de CRM (NetSuite) y conocimiento de normativas de seguridad laboral.

Condiciones laborales:

Ubicación: Región Metropolitana (trabajo en terreno y oficina)

Modalidad: Híbrida

Jornada laboral:

Lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 17:30 hrs.

Viernes de 08:00 a 16:30 hrs.

Renta promedio: $529.000 base + bono cumplimiento de meta + comisiones (Promedio 1.000.000)

Tipo de contrato: Plazo fijo con posibilidad de pasar a planta

Bono de alimentación y locomoción incluidos

Uniforme e implementación provista según necesidades
