Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y responder tickets de soporte con prontitud, manteniendo registros claros y consistentes.

  • Contactar proactivamente a clientes interesados en devoluciones para ofrecer soluciones y facilitar el proceso.

  • Realizar llamadas telefónicas para asesorar, clarificar dudas y guiar a los clientes.

  • Colaborar con equipos de producto y operaciones para identificar causas de incidencias y proponer mejoras en procesos y herramientas.

  • Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.

Descripción del puesto y perfil buscado

Buscamos un/a profesional técnico, para desempeñarse como ejecutivo/a de atención al cliente con enfoque en el proceso de devoluciones de productos.

Se valorará experiencia previa en servicios de soporte técnico o atención a clientes y facilidad para trabajar en un entorno remoto y colaborativo; así como también tener conocimientos en manejo de Excel.

Competencias requeridas: buena capacidad de escucha, claridad en la comunicación escrita y verbal, habilidades organizativas, autonomía y capacidad para priorizar tareas.

La oferta considera un contrato de plazo fijo por 3 meses.
