Job description

EN INVES Espacio Modular, empresa reconocida en la región de Coquimbo, buscamos Ejecutivo(a) de ventas Responsable de la gestión comercial, así como del posicionamiento de nuestros productos y servicios, de la interacción positiva entre el cliente y la empresa, brindando claridad e información que sea necesaria para concretar el cierre de los negocios.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Cumplimiento de las metas fijadas por gerencia general.

  • Contacto diario mínimo de 3 clientes nuevos, registrados en CRM con la mayor información posible para generar bases de datos efectivas.

  • Seguimiento diario de a 8 cliente de la base de datos, con su respectivo registro.

  • Clientes asignados deben ser contactados el mismo día que se asignan.

  • Envío de cotizaciones, las cuales deben llevar registrado con claridad las condiciones del negocio específico.

  • Mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes, la misma debe ser fluida.

    El vendedor debe enviar encuesta de satisfacción y realizar seguimiento para fidelización del cliente.

  • Registro de toda la documentación de cada negocio.

    Cotización, carnet, abonos, cuenta corriente, planos, check-list, manifiesto, para proceder a solicitar facturación.

  • Encargado de realizar el check-list de salida e informar a producción todas las anomalías en los productos.

  • Responsable de la carga de antecedentes en el sistema MONDAY.

  • Responsable de solicitar facturación a su jefatura directa.

  • Responsable de entregar manifiestos con factura al área de logística.

  • Desarrollar estudios de mercado cuando sea solicitado por la gerencia comercial.

  • Responsable de mantenerse informado constantemente acerca de los aspectos técnicos, características e innovaciones relacionadas a los productos ofrecidos por la empresa.

  • Tener conocimiento de las unidades en stock presentes en vitrina para entrega inmediata e informar a gerencia acerca de posibles módulos para vitrina en base a productos más demandados.

  • Responsable de mantener la carpeta de ventas al día, supervisando que los demás ejecutivos dispongan de sus respectivos registros necesarios actualizados.

  • Responsable de actualizar el acta en cada reunión de ventas, como también de mantener tales registros en una carpeta física.

Competencias claves

  • Educación: Educación universitaria o técnica en el área comercial.

  • Formación: conocimientos en gestión de ventas, de marketing y de administración.

    Idealmente formación como ejecutivo(a) de ventas.

  • Habilidades: liderazgo, habilidades comunicacionales con el cliente, buenas relaciones interpersonales, capacidad de negociación, trabajo bajo presión, trabajo en equipo, orientado al logro y metas, sistemático(a) y ordenado(a).

  • Experiencia: 1 año al menos en cargos similares.

    El ejecutivo de ventas senior debe tener experiencia mínima de 3 años.
